While our main hiring season begins in March as we prepare for the busy season, we’re also looking for a few dependable part-time team members to join us this fall. We need extra hands to help with vineyard work, cleanup as well as pouring and serving guests at the bar. We cross-train our team and value hard work, a positive attitude, and people who enjoy being part of a busy, welcoming environment. - Vineyard Hands — Part-time help with pruning, grape picking, vineyard maintenance, and harvest-season work. Must be 16+ and comfortable working outdoors. Flexible hours.
- Tasting Room Associates — Part-time staff to pour wine, welcome guests, and create a fun, friendly tasting room experience. Must be 18+, personable, comfortable chatting with guests, and able to learn and remember our wines and menu. Flexible hours.
- Clean-up Crew — Part-time help keeping the winery, warehouse, tools, and equipment clean and organized. Must be 16+ Great for an after-school job, with flexible hours and opportunities to pitch in wherever needed. Must be dependable and comfortable with hands-on work.
